The concept of democracy began in 508 BC and at Concilii, we believe it's time democracy existed online too.
Meet the Concilii platform
This platform allows citizens to submit policy proposals, as well as comment, develop and encourage users who have also posted submissions. We appreciate that impact change can happen anywhere, which is why we allow policy proposals for local, state and federal governments.
Users can follow their own ideas, or the policy proposals of others, as they pass through the legislative process. This ensures our users have complete transparency of democratic processes and can watch a policy move from being an idea to official policy and finally, solidified in law.
What we believe
The purpose of our site is to create a space for democracy online and directly connect voters with their elected officials, giving them a highly functional platform where they can share and develop ideas.
We believe democracy has a right to exist anywhere, which is why our website can be used in any country around the globe and appeals to three levels of government, local, state and federal.
How it works
To add your policy proposals, simply fill in the policy suggestion form and add all the relevant information other members of the community may need to know about your idea.
Your proposals will be visible for other citizens to see and give feedback or offer their support for your idea.
If you're interested in reading the policy ideas of others, simply search the platform via keyword or category to find the policy ideas that may interest you.
